Shipping Info:
  • Carrier: All orders are shipped exclusively via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • Destinations: We proudly ship within the USA only.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your package is on its way.
  • Delivery Timeline: Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days once processed.
  • *Please Note: To bring you the highest quality prints, all character apparel and tote bags are shipped directly from our printing vendor rather than handled from our base. While these specific items are not shipped via standard USPS, they feature comparable delivery timelines (usually arriving within 5 to 7 business days) and you will be provided with a tracking number as soon as they notify me of the shipping details.
Returns & Exchanges:
Because we conduct thorough, individual quality inspections on every single piece before it leaves our hands, all sales are generally final.
However, we accept returns and exchanges strictly under the following conditions:
  • Books & Storybook Extras: Items must be returned in 100% resalable condition with zero writing, marks, creases, or rips, etc..
  • Apparel (T-Shirts/Totes): Shirts may be returned for sizing purposes but must be completely unworn, clean, unwashed, and in brand-new condition.
How Returns Work:
  • Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • The Process: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. We will provide a pre-paid USPS return label, and the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your final refund amount once the items are inspected and approved.
